Xerolithi
Created from scratch but with its roots in tradition, the awarded Xerolithi Villa rests on the hillside above Kalo Ampeli Bay.
At 200 m², it unfolds across the slope with five bedrooms, verandas and open courtyards, offering generous space that overlooks the horizon. It can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
Its architecture was inspired by the xerolithies, the dry-stone terraces once built to hold soil and cultivate the hillside. These ancient gestures became the spine of the house: walls that rise and recede with the terrain, creating a dwelling that feels both anchored and fluid.
Raw wooden beams and bamboo pergolas trace the length of the villa, extending inside and out. Rooms follow one another in a long, gentle sequence, connected by shaded passages and outdoor spaces of stone and light.
