Drawing on the principles of slow movement, adaptive reuse, and regenerative agriculture, the Cells embody a deeper, more conscious form of hospitality. Once dwellings of farmers and shepherds, these stone structures were restored with care, respecting their original form and memory of their past owners. Built from natural materials and keeping the essence of Cycladic life, they now welcome visitors who contribute, through their stay, to the preservation of cultural heritage and the support of the estate’s ongoing work.

Koukios is a 100 m² stone dwelling, restored to interpret the traditional Cycladic Cell, that can accommodate up to 8 guests. It’s composed of four independent rooms, each with its own entrance. The rooms, not internally connected, share two separate bathrooms discreetly placed in adjacent structures. The architecture focuses on simplicity, care and the essentials of Cycladic life: Sea views, a shared, fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor shower and shaded terraces for dining and gathering. Just a short walk from Kalo Ampeli beach, Koukios makes privacy and togetherness coexist and stretches time for observation, rest and quiet discovery.

Moustis is a minimalist retreat on the Καλό, αμπέλι hillside, that can host up to 4 guests. At 43 m², it is modest in scale but generous in presence: one bedroom, two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate bathroom in an adjacent structure.   Its veranda opens to wide views of land and sea, becoming a natural extension of the house for a more complete sense of presence. Inside, the architecture remains attuned to simplicity and quiet living.   Close to the secluded Kalo Ampeli beach, Moustis offers an immersion into silence, landscape and an authentic island life that moves at its own unhurried pace.
