Ampelonas

The vineyard of Καλό, αμπέλι grows with patience. It emerged in 2005, following organic methods while adapting to the habits of the climate. With respect for the soil, it revives traditional varieties and honors the bond between human hands and living terrain.

The vineyard cultivates Aidani and Assyrtiko, producing both red and white wines. Yields are modest but each harvest sustains not only the making of wine, but the care of the land and the continuity of the ecosystem. Here, organic cultivation is a way of living, while wine is part of a cycle that nourishes Καλό, αμπέλι, supporting the estate and the vision of a self-sustaining community rooted in respect and renewal.
Vineyard
Beyond the rows of vines, small gardens take root. Vegetables, tomatoes, and herbs grow quietly in the sun, following the rhythm of the seasons. They are tended with restraint and patience, reminding us that true nourishment begins in soil that is cared for, rather than controlled.

Animals share this land as well — moving, grazing, growing at their own pace. Their presence restores the ground, gently sustaining the cycles of the vineyard. In this balance between cultivation and care, a living ecosystem unfolds, guided by respect rather than demand.
